Agreement

By creating an UpRoof account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account and trial

UpRoof offers a 7-day free trial with full Rockstar tier access. No credit card is required during the trial. After 7 days, a paid subscription is required to add or edit data.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe (web) and RevenueCat (mobile app stores). All sales are final except where required by applicable law.

Acceptable use

You may not use UpRoof to store illegal content, to harm others, or to reverse engineer or resell the service. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Data ownership

You own your data. We process it to deliver the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

Disclaimers

UpRoof is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for lost sales, missed follow-ups, or commission calculation errors arising from app use.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
